I started attending the Family Support Group meetings about the same time one of my daughters was having some health challenges in high school. There was so much I wanted to change and fix, but it was out of my control. The Family Support Group meetings helped me to see how many important things were still in my control, what is and is not my job, and the opportunity to be at my best to deal in a healthy way with the choices of people around me.  It is a safe place where I have learned more about using the Atonement in my life every day, whenever I am angry, hurt, or afraid. I am learning how to have healthier responses in stressful situations and to be happier in my relationships as a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
